Returns & Replacements

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but in the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it, and we'll happily offer a replacement or a refund in store credit.

We understand that media items such as books, DVDs, and downloads can't be returned once they've been opened or viewed/downloaded, but if you have a special circumstance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we'll make every effort to take care of you.
